Roasted Pork Tenderloin
« on: April 01, 2023, 09:55:50 PM »

Dinner the other night was a pork tenderloin roasted over onions and bayleaves and served with roasted potatoes,  broccoli and a simple gravy.  The receipt came from the British Cookbook. For Dessert the guest had a choice of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, brownies with chocolate chips or homemade pumpkin muffins.

Great dish.  I have not had Ham & Scalloped potatoes in a long while, so I decided that was Easter dinner!

Looks great as always, I would be good with that meal, I live pork tenderloin, I buy them unseasoned and sometimes buy those preseasoned/marinaded ones also.

for 2 people they are a nice meal with enough for her lunch and my breakfast the next day usually.

Pic #3 is the best.  Just plain old fashioned goodness.
