Boy howdy those peppers look good!  I wish we had a Costco close to us.  Glad to hear it seems to work well.  Keep us posted please. :cool:

They have been out for quite a few years I believe...

Yeah, I recall considering one a few years ago.  I obviously decided against it for some reason.  I'm glad to see that Jiggle Racing bought one and reports good results.

We do those stuff peppers from Costco often. Near the end of the heating (from frozen) we ladle garlic marinara sauce over them. I really adds a flavor and makes it a meal..

To followup, after a 400* 20 minute cook I had an auger burnback into the hopper and melted a fan duct. Spider sent me a new one. I believe the heat deflector is too close to the fire pot and the fire pot is too small. Now I dump the fire pot for the 15 minute fan cool down.
