my Vermont Castings was from 2004.  Best appliance I've ever purchased.  Having replaced the burners 3 times, the ignitors and lights have been out for years.  It was time for a replacement.

Been doing more reverse sear and higher heat cooks and I've of the mind of each appliance for a purpose vs an all in one.

I think I have to agree with you.  I have not found a pellet grill that is good switching from low heat to high heat.

Nice companion to the gator.
I remember seeing vermont casting grills back in probably the late 1990's or early 2000's they were very nice grills, I had just bought a grill so didn't buy one, then a while back I was looking for a grill and remembered them but it looked like they had been discontinued or something.
