Griddle Breakfast Sandwich! (Or Lumberjack Breakfast)
« on: July 27, 2024, 02:51:18 PM »

My rendition of the Ultimate Sausage Sandwich.  Eggs were over cooked, but almost impossible for them not to be with this type of cooking!

Looks mighty fine. I'm not sure how much you like Korean food, but I make a copy of gilgeori toast on my Blackstone that is pretty good. I know we have some more seasoned individuals on here that enjoy(or are required to enjoy) things a bit healthier and it is a fun way to do an egg sandwich. I buy the bags of coleslaw mix and you use 4-5 ounces of the cabbage and carrots and one egg and mix it together and do it on the flat top or in a pan is fine they typically put a little sugar into the mixture so you can get the salty and sweet thing going, but if that sounds gross you can skip it. Put down a little butter or margarine to toast the bread and you have the veggie omelet that goes on the bread and I normally cook a little bacon to go on it because that is my preference over sausage and away you go.

Never had a Korean breakfast, think I have seen them on youtube.  They look like something I would enjoy!
