I got suckered by Jersey Mike's text about free delivery today so I have a few sandwiches arriving in about an hour or so.

We just had a Jersey Mikes open in the town close to us, we have ate at one in another town several times, and this week were driving and saw a Jimmy Johns and had to try it.

Made an egg, cheese, and bacon sandwich for breakfast (No pics), but here is my trip tip sandwich I made for dinner.

Actually I don't. Just a xxxxxx slice job!  Did not make a great sandwhich.
