Well so far I have made snickerdoodle, sugar cookies, gingerbread cookies, chocolate mint cookies, a mince pie, maple pumpkin pie and a butterscotch pie.  Now I am not even sure that I need an entree however I will be dry brining a 18lb turkey along with the usual sides.

chocolate mint cookies sound great...sorta like one of the imperial milk stouts I bought by Southern Tier
