Cooking bacon for BLTs.  Just for my wife and I.  Not all at once.

Probably enough there for 2 BLT and 2 bacon cheeseburgers, and a sample or two for the chef.

That is a quality bacon.  I bought a case of an off brand yesterday at Restaurant Depot.  Not bad for just under $4/lb.

I smoke four pounds at a time in my Smokin Brothers PP36.  It then goes into the freezer for when we want bacon.  We also give it as Christmas presents to our relatives.
