I was disappointed with the Choice marbling in the cut Rib-eyes!

It looks like the chuck has better marbling than some of them ribeyes to me.  One of the ribeyes looked good though.

I wish I had been paying attention to the price of the Loin's at the time.  I cant buy chicken for that per pound price!

Yes great deal on the pork loins. usually 1.99+ a pound here, local store had them for 1.49 before new years. Some good jerky material.
