Yeah.  It's where the fat is and fat is flavor.  And I don't know anyone who doesn't like burnt ends, well... there was that one vegan.    ;)

I've never seen or purchased a brisket from my local grocery store. This weekend I asked the meat market manager if they sold brisket. She said $3.99 lb. I asked if she would sell just the point. She thought about it for a minute, then said yes at $3.99 lb. I wonder if she will get it irritated if I ask for a few of them? I assume they would have to trim fat, then put the flats out for sale? Guess I'll find out in the next week or two.
