Hello my name is Dyno Dan. I have a couple smokers with pellet Pro Hopper systems. There are cabinet style smoker and I believe I will benefit from Savannah stoker controllers due to the fans continuously running while I cook. The pellet Pro uses more of a pulsating fan rather than a continuous fan. Does anybody here have experience with the Savannah stoker controller in a cabinet style smoker. I use my cookers often to cater so I need them to be as consistent as possible. Thanks for any help God bless you all
