They seem to be about $3/bone on the places I found online.  Where did you get yours?

I get my pig wings from a local soup shop, he order a case for me at a time.

The wings are cooked, so I put my best rub on them, smoke till they reach 135 then bbq sauce for 20 min they should be 140. Pull and eat, set my CC at 250.

They are called KC Wild Wings “Smithfield Farms” hope this helps. Keep smokin Dan

How much per shank have you paid for these things or per lb as it looks like 3 per lb?

I still do not understand the cut?  Or maybe a better sentence is, I do not understand where they are cut from?  They have a bone?  It is some off shoot of the rib?

From what I read it is some sort of shank cut.

Lots of info on Google about these.   Any cut of meat (pork) will do.   The sticks or bones are an add on for easy eating.  Sorta like pork on a stick. :pig:

The pig wing is actually a portion of the ham shank that has been trimmed and smoked (fully cooked). Hope this helps. Keep smokin Dan :pig:
