See those Rib Roast in the above Photo?  They are Prime and were $10.99/lb.  I think the steaks next to it are $14.99...I guess if you are willing to shell out $140-$160 at one whack, you can really shave some money off!

The sale is on Prime Eye of Ribeye, for $14.99. Same price for the cap prime ribeye.  Prime New Yorks are on sale as well.  I think $8.99lb.  Sale goes on thru the weekend.
I just came home with several of the "eyes".  Vacuum sealed and wet aging as we speak.  Will probably go back for more while they are available.  Unfortunately, the Prime Filet is still $22/lb.  However, that is cheaper than the other locals and is better quality IMO.
