Need advice on outdoor kitchen
« on: March 16, 2018, 04:38:08 PM »

Guys I am in the beginning of trying to figure out and outdoor kitchen.  It will be on a covered patio at the back of my house.  I plan to put in a counter with a sink and 2 gas burners.  I was first thinking of a built in Memphis Pro.  My question would I be better off with a stand alone Memphis,  I was thinking about the weather,  if it is windy or raining I could move the stand alone around to get it out of rain or less wind.

The wind or rain will not effect the way the Memphis cooks, but are you meaning you could move it out of the weather so the cook does not have to stand in it?

Then stand alone is a good thing to consider!

Stand alone would give you the option of rearranging the layout should you decide to do so. Who knows what may come along - a table, sink, storage, an other cooker..You could do a semi built-in.  Decisions!
