I was shopping in the PG500/Yoder neighborhood but this deal was just too good to pass up. Was on my doorstep two days later. Did some burgers and reverse seared pork chops last weekend and a 8.5lb butt goes on early Friday morning.

I suppose if I run into any temp control problems I can stick a Savannah Stoker in there and see how that goes.
