Never seen country style ribs around here cut from anything but butts, they come bone in or boneless. I have seen pork sirloin riblets.

I smoked them at 240 for about 4 hours then wrapped in foil with BBQ sauce for another 30. I pulled when they hit 190 and felt tender.
They were pretty good. They reminded me more of ribs than anything else.
