I like pork CS ribs but my wife likes beef. Cant find them anymore locally. So went to cash & carry and got a beef knuckle.
Sliced into CS ribs.
Put them on GMG at 180 for 1 1/2 hrs. I also put a pan off my wife's homemade BBQ sauce to get some smoke flavor.
Put the CS ribs into preheated crock pot on high and added sauce. (Decided not to foil and cook on pellet grill to save pellets.)
