Do you ever shred it and pan fry it for the tacos?  Add some cumino and lime juice before adding to taco?

What spice do you put on the pulled pork that you use for tacos?

Nope.  I made a taco with pan fried pulled pork seasoned only with the rub it was smoked with.  I'm looking for suggestions for more Mexification.  I'm getting them.

I believe that the predominant spice that gives a flavor that is most perceive as Mexican, is Cumin.

I don't season it any different than when I use it for anything else, though I may mix in a bit of green salsa before I serve it. Usually either Herdez or Trader Joes
