« on: June 23, 2018, 03:44:40 PM »

Our rendition, heck after all it’s Kansas.
Listening to a little Blackberry Smoke, Band of Heathens, etc. and mowing.
May show more pics, just depends what we end up with but here is the “lift-off”.
Danget it is “stinking awful good “.
Gwennie says finish mowing.

I have never had a Kansas Street Taco, I have had a Tijuana, Rosarito and Ensenada street taco, and I can tell you by looking at the ingredients...I will choose the Kansas one if I ever get the opportunity!

I ate a lot of Tecate street tacos during the 18 months I worked there almost 20 years ago.

Very nice! Carne Asada (and Pollo Asado) for "street tacos" are a family favorite here.

No it is flat iron, the flank was 12.99#. I can get close enough this way.
It also looks a tad overdone but it really wasn’t, just no rest.
Oh and “homemade” sauce. Just kidding, we didn’t use it.
