Forgot a couple of pics:
This is Karen showing us the large commercial rotisserie smokers. Unfortunately, I only saw it from behind but it was big.  They test all of the commercial stuff before shipping. Also a pic of Phyllis overlooking their pellet supply area. I did not ask about their pellets.
