Welcome.
Spent some time in Phoenix and made sure I went to Di,Falcos deli. Used to be fantastic.
Also Salt Cellar for seafood and Fraziers for pizza, they are St. Louis transplants and the pizza had provel cheese, that pizza was phenomenal.

Thanks for the welcome! Now using a Camp Chef Smoke Pro. Still have the Weber bullet but IDK if it is going to get much use again. I'm crazy in LOVE with the pellet way of life.
Yes, going to smoke some thighs this evening and it's 114'
