New sauce for me

Today I tried Johnny's Firecracker Sauce on a chicken cook.
Bought it at Costco...Big bottle...$7.00
If you taste it from the bottle straight with a spoon it seems too hot.
If you brush it on the chicken in the last 5 minutes of grilling per instructions, it's perfect!  :cool:

 I have found that to be true of a lot of rubs, sauces and even blended foods.. The stand alone taste very often differs.

Did another cook...I put lots of this sauce on the chicken thighs.
They're even better! Great flavor! Even the wifey liked them.
Next time you're in Costco...
