So I looked at the website, it’s $22.00 for a 30oz. can, is it THAT good?
I wouldn’t mind trying it but also would like to know is it like a soft nacho cheese type of cheese?
So.... I just lost 30 minutes of typing.
It is that good. The creamery produces 250,000 cans (234 tons) and sells out every year.
The cheese is not soft. The Gold will crumble when sliced, and the Naturals slightly less when opened right away. The longer the aging, the more crumbly it becomes. I'm down to 4 cans of the Gold, so I ordered 5 cans of the Natural last night.
Check out the FAQ's in the link.
Pick your favorite cheese and see if the manufacturer has a resume'. WSU Creamery does:
