Salmon fillet

Salmon fillet
 [ Invalid Attachment ]



-Cut slits in fillet
-Insert Lemmon slices in every 2nd slit
-mix diced shrimp,flaked crab,Italian bread crumbs, diced onions, butter
-stuff the rest of the slits with seafood mixture
-top with onions
-cook at  250° to 275° to your desired internal temp ( 145° Is recommended)

So then you slice it into squares to serve it?

Do you toss the lemon slices and onion away? 

Seafood mixture:  Do you have a general idea of the amount of each component?

Interesting! Quadman .... My wife, "Her Majesty" would love this. I do salmon frequently for her. .... Gonna have to try this approach. With the slits, kind of like stuffed salmon. ..... With that seafood mixture, what's not to like! :clap:

Yes I slice into squares

I don't eat the lemon slices but I do eat the onion

I use about 10-12 shrimp, a small can of crab meat,1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs & enough butter to hold it together
