Someone who isn't you tried to reset your password.

You got an email to your mail account. This would be a good time to change the password you use on your mail account, turn on two factor authentication, and start using a password manager like 1password or Last Pass (my favorite).

I did not mean to blow this off, have tried to do some research on it, and I have no answer. Agent Arbor maybe right, but I do not know.  I very rarely log out!  Sorry I cannot give you a better answer.

Looking back, I think it may have something to do with me clearing out my cookies.
It created problems for many other sites I visit as well.
