No wings for me. I will be headed to the windy city Sunday night. I plan to re-read Bar-B-Lew's Chicago Italian Beef reviews and see what I can find to take back to my hotel room to enjoy during the game!

PM me to LMK the address of where you will be.  I may be able to give you some better options.

I passed on the chicken wings and opted for ABTs and Pig Candy for the super bowl party that I will be attending. I cut way back on the cayenne in order to accommodate the other guest.

I did 4 lbs of wings, half with Oak Ridge Secret Weapon and half with my standard BBQ rub. I ended up saucing the Secret Weapon and that’s the grill pick, left to right is Garlic Butter, Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet and Spicy and Buffalo. We ate the others naked.

I made Buffalo pork belly burnt ends.  They were a huge hit.  I don't think I saw any wings at a party with ~75 people!

Went with the smoked wings dry with just rub and two types of grilled sausage, Merguez and Pork with apple and onion.  My daughter decided she did not want any sauce on her wings so just did hers in the air fryer (sorry no pics).   All three came out fantastic.  Glad they tasted better than the game watched.  And this is coming from a fan who really appreciates good defense.

Thanks for the heads up. Enjoyed an Italian beef from Al's. Also enjoyed seeing the old GOAT school the kid in a good old smash mouth defensive football game!

It was good. Much better than the picture of the sandwich turned out. I ended up picking it up and sticking it in the refridge for a few hours until after my my wife's plane came in and then reheating it in the microwave. I think it would have been much better if i had eaten it when I ordered it. I look forward to checking it out again when I go back! Thanks again for the tip!!
