I climbed Polly Dome in Tuolumne Meadows aided in the mid 80's, that is the 1st and last time I climbed with ropes.

Bently,

The only time I ever climbed in Tuolumne Meadows was in the 80's up the SE buttress of Cathedral Peak. It is a beautiful place to climb but a little far. I need more than a weekend. And it's late development as a climbing area (relative to the Valley) led to a lot of very run out and risky moderate climbs. I did a climb in Yosemite Valley a few years ago. I am hoping to get back there again soon.

To be very clear, that is the 1st and last time I ever rock climbed period, I would have changed my under wear 3 times, had I had the opportunity!
