The "P" may be pepper, but I'm at a loss.
It just says to add some. So I can't even tell if it's liquid...or whatever.

It's a reminder that we need to consider the backgrounds of those who read recipes we post. In recipes for my use, I use acronyms familiar to me but not necessarily to each reader.
