There is a local butcher that sells RIDICULOUS meats. So his burgers are like 60/40
they are almost impossible to overcook because of how juicy they are. They aren't cheap - the price just went up from 4.50 to 5.00. They are incredible now. Kobe Burgers they call them. I get the jalapeno and jack cheese version. They have bacon cheddar but the plain is what everyone here likes. I use Savory Burger seasoning from GFS (Gordon Food). its really good stuff. Just cook them on the grill (gas) and flip often. Two slices of cheese and good to go....
