It's been forever since I have made one. What are some of your favorite things to stuff with? Also, cook at 350*?

You want to stuff a pork loin?  Or you want to grind up a pork loin and make a Fattie?

If stuffed pork loin, I love chopped apples and raisins in a sage bread stuffing with celery!

Going to stuff the pork loin. I'll cut into it in a circular motion until it's about a 1/4in thick and layed out flat. Then toss some goodies in and roll up. Then wrap with trellised bacon. I like your idea with some fruit. Sounds tasty. I have done sausage and peppers in the past.

That would go great with some biscuits and gravy.

I debated about doing a rub on the outside of the loin. I wish I would have. Salt and pepper just wasn't enough.

Place it on the inside too.
