Smoked Turkey Legs and Wings
« on: January 29, 2020, 07:16:30 PM »

My in-laws love turkey wings and legs so I thought I would put some on the smoker.

- Brined overnight
- Injected with Tony Chachere's Injectable Butter Marinade
- Seasoned with BBQ Rub
- Smoked @ 275 for about 2 1/2 hours total
- Added BBQ Sauce for the last 10 mins or so

I used a mix of 1/3 Lumberjack Maple, 1/3 Lumberjack Cherry, and 1/3 B&B Hickory. Cooked on my Blaz'n Grid Iron.
