Lost New York Strip Loin Roast Recipe
« on: November 03, 2019, 01:03:27 PM »

On the old site, someone (I hope they've joined here) posted a recipe for smoke-roasting a New York Strip Loin Roast.  I followed that recipe and posted my results.

It was a great recipe and not too complicated.  I'm thinking of cooking it for a dinner party for 11.   Unfortunately, I didn't capture it.  Does anyone have it to post here?

I realize this is not it, just wanted to see if it worked and it might give you some pointers.

You're right, there were some nuggets of gold in there and you also jogged my memory of a large subdirectory I have of Bill Cannon's S×S processes for almost every cut.  I think I'll be okay if I don't locate the recipe I'm looking for.
