Smoked two turkey breasts Friday 11/8 because we have Thanksgiving today (Sat) so we're not fighting with kids/grandkids other families. Pulled the skin off to slice and thought I'd crisp it up, slice it in thin strips, and serve it with the meat. I didn't set a timer, dang me. 3 hours at 350 in the pellet grill and I have free-form frisbees. I KNOW I should always set a timer. Turkey breasts were done with Cajun injections and came out fine. I had rubbed seasoning all over under that skin and was really looking forward to it.

Must be me, but it looks good. About the only way I would consider eating turkey skin...

Well... sometimes it just happens!
At first I thought that these were turkey breasts you've mentioned at the beginning, and then I was like whaaaaat...).
Still, I'd give it a try - unless it's as hard as shoe leather. Don't give up on turkey jerky!

That puts most dehydrators to shame. The true test is in the taste, or should I ask?
