Stuck at Home, Why Not Fire Up the Pellet Pit
« on: March 24, 2020, 11:47:31 AM »

Prepped the pork shoulder last night, generous portion of rub, covered and left in the fridge.  Woke up, gave the grill a quick cleaning, switched over from Mesquite to Cherry.  This ain’t half bad.  It’s not too early for a beer is it?  Haha, heck no.

Don’t have any apple juice for spritzing, so I will improvise with a little Arizona Green Tea.

Camera, really not that big and it is bone in.  Only a 5.5 pounder.

Into the fridge to thaw for tomorrow or the next day.  First time just doing a flat.  Slim pickings at Costco around here.
