Space is not an issue when you have the simplicity of doing everything you need on one unit!

I think the other challenge with an outdoor kitchen is mobility. Sometimes you need the space for different things and being able to relocate your gear helps. That being said I would love to have something that is built-in for looks and for the counter space. But many smokers either do not have a built-in version or the smoker would look strange being built in. I love my PG500 but cannot imagine it built-in.

I don’t live in a climate that is really built in friendly. So, when it crosses my mind it passes pretty quickly. I obviously like to trade cookers out frequently too. If I had more covered patio space, I’d consider building in my Summit charcoal because I don’t see that leaving til it’s shot and a small good searing infrared gas 2-3 burner unit.  I’d put an open area next to the burner for the pellet grill of the month to sit, but likely wouldn’t bother with any sinks, fridges, etc. since they’d be winterized half the year.

I am now down to two grills both on our deck and easy to reach from the house.  So there is no need for fancy serups
