Irish & British Bangers.
« on: May 19, 2020, 06:28:25 PM »

British on Left, Irish on right guess I should have had it the other way around  :pig:).  Not a lot of difference.  A mix of about 3/4 pork and 1/4 Vinison.  Spices almost identical, with the Irish having Allspice & Sage.  Have them air drying, will sous vide tomorrow @ 135° for about 2 hours.  They will then be food safe I believe, so all they will need to have done is be reheated or grilled to finish.  There is about 5lbs of each.

Giving them to our neighbors that have given us so much mulch!

I forgot to add the IPA to the meat, so I get to take all of it out of the casing tomorrow, add the beer and re-pipe!  Classic Bentley move!

I knew there was a reason it did not taste right!

Well, they are all skined.  Over to the brewery at noon to get some IPA for the British and I am going to try a Stout for the Irish!
