Beef Ribs

I finally found some and I smoked them yesterday.  It took about 7 hours at 250.  They turned out fantastic and they were fork tender

the ingredient list looks good on that rub.  it must have been the sugars in it that turned dark on the meat.  sure looked good.  i need to find some ribs like that.

While in South Dakota I looked for some, but I did not find any.  I found these at a meat market in Rogers, Arkansas.  They came in a twin pack.  These were the smaller of the two.  I was surprised that they tasted different from brisket.
