Sous Vide Prime New York Strips
« on: May 27, 2021, 10:54:23 PM »

Prime New York Strips, that were sous vide to medium rare and finished on a very hot pan to caramelize.  They were served with Steak fries and saute asparagus.  The dinner was accompanied with a 2017 bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon.

SV and sear (not burn).  Oh so good.

Steak, potatoes, asparagus and a good red.  Perfect!
