Left over brisket question
« on: July 10, 2021, 01:55:45 PM »

I have a couple pounds of left over smoked Brisket.
If I grind it what are some of the things that can be made from it? Can I
make burgers, add to raw meat to make meatloaf?
As usual thanks in advance for comments.  :2cents: :2cents:

Hard to make burgers if cooked.

Shred it and make sandwiches, put in a tortilla, or use as a topping for pizza, or on a salad.

I am another in the shredding camp.  Can then use for enchiladas or an open faced shredded beef sandwich with hot gravy or BBQed beef sandwich.

If it is not ground, it can be cubed and used in Chili Colorado or Beef Stew.  If it is ground, enchiladas, cheese steak, taco, tostada, French dip, Italian Beef, SOS oh sorry I mean Chipped Beef, & one of my favorites, Shepard's Pie!
