Almost...week 4 of 4.  I get home Friday night and have to make some wings Saturday morning to take to an Oktoberfest party.  All of the jerky I made that weekend that was kept for me (split it with 2 buddies as I made about 25 pounds of raw meat) is in the freezer.  I will probably try it out on Saturday at the party along with the wings.  I will attempt to report back on Sunday.
