Tonight we got into the Christmas spirit by first decorating the tree and then the table. The Lazy Susan was an early Christmas present from Teagan, our Granddaughter and the Santas are ones Claire has collected over the years. We had a Cabernet Sauvignon for our wine and note even Santa wanted a glass. The chef SV a prime rib-eye to 129 degrees then seared it for one minute per side. It was served with a Jameson mushroom wine sauce, green bean mushroom casserole and air fried steak fries.
