BBQ ribs off the 2 Star and the cornbread was made using sour cream.

They look good. I think it maybe time for me to venture back into a rack of BB? I was able to eat 2 St Louis awhile back!

I used it as i had no buttermilk and very little regular milk so I thought i would try it. It was very moist, no crumbs however be sure to mix well
