Super Bowl Food and Predictions.
« on: February 10, 2024, 10:47:31 PM »

Will be wings and maybe chips and guac!  Some pictures tomorrow.

I am gonna say Niners 27 Chiefs 23.  I have Zero feel for this game!

I am with you on the feel for the game. I guess I am leaning toward San Fran, only because it would be fun to see the very last guy picked in the draft win a Superbowl. I am looking forward to the party more than the game this year. The tacos are all put together and good to go!

I too have zero interest in the game but it gives me a chance to cook my first brisket on the Woodwind Pro.  So far I can say that I am thoroughly impressed with it.

I bought some new indoor toys for cooking in the last few weeks.  I have some chili cooking in the Ninja Foodi Possible Cooker on high in the slow cooker mode after browning the meat and cooking some onions and bell peppers in the sear mode in it.  I plan to make some wings in the Ninja 12 in 1 double oven in the air fryer mode and reheating some Sicilian pizza in the reheat mode.  Will see how things turn out as the day goes on.

I also have zero interest in watching the Swiftie Super Bowl.  I did some steaks yesterday being today it is calling for rain and then snow.

Do various other cooking{?) things go in the blue item?  What is the difference between the 2 levels on the oven?

No, only the blue pot with side handles goes on the hot plate in the inside of the unit.  It does a bunch of different cooking methods.  I think 8 or 10.

The two oven unit does 12 different things.  Each oven does different things.

Wow I could have been a very rich man today if I had listen to my young grandson.  He told me the KC Chiefs were going to win the Super Bowl.  When I asked why he said their quarterback was smarter than SF.  He said KC QB was like him was very smart and could make very good quick decisions.  Oh was he right

Heck of a game for sure, I have not seen so many fireworks since 4th of July.
Manhattan, Kansas and it seems a LOT of Kansas “lit em up” according to our friends scattered around the state.
