adding smoke to turkey

Good morning,  I have a traeger and a charbroil big easy, I would like some good and safe (temp) ways to add smoke to my full turkey breast before i put it in the big easy.

lil moose on this board is a Charbroil Big Easy expert.  He knows of some ways to add smoke capability to the Big Easy.   Send him a private message and ask him for help on your post.  I think he’ll respond.
