$45.70 worth of fat.  Another reason I think some folks shy away from full roasts!  Glad I grind my own beef!

And when you really have never been a Steak n Eggs guy, but want to know what the Steaks taste like!  I will say, it was a Perfect 135°!  Only ate half the steak!  When I have a Steak, I need potatoes and Candied Carrots or Harvard Beets or Creamed Spinach!

That roast looks fantastic.  I would think that could be Prime but I am no expert.  I just like how it looks.

The steak was really good!  Had a few bites -- it was so tender and great flavor.  And the ribs were fantastic.  I won't eat beef ribs anymore unless they are customed butchered so that they actually have some meat on them and I am not talking those dino ribs, just some nice meat that you can take a big bite of.  It was a great Christmas feast!!!
