Service Members Sign-In and Thank You

If the subject line looks familiar it is because I "stole it" from a thread on PH.  I don't believe the person who started that thread is on this forum, but I really enjoyed the thread (PH had a lot of submariners!) and, with Veteran's Day just around the corner, hope to continue that tradition here.  If you would like to participate, please list the following information:
