I like the light sweet smoke from cherry, but I use it for the darker color it produces.

Will be using the blend for the turkey and 100% Cherry in the tube.
100% Mesquite will be the go to pellet for the ribs.

I use Traeger’s Gourmet Blend for everything.  Maple/Hickory/Cherry and I get it at Costco for 19.99 for a 33 lb bag.

My wife and I are up at the cabin all week. Having my nephew and his wife over tomorrow. My wife just informed me today I will be cooking the bird on the Select. Luckily I brought some apple pellets along.
