I have a Maverick and I have had it over 5 years.  I am looking for something new even though it still works.  I need at least one probe that is completely wireless to use on my rotisserie.  I have looked at the Meater probes, but I am checking into all options.

I think meater is the only wireless probe out there. But I've seen folks use Mavericks with rotisseries by mounting the transmitter on a plate attached to the spinning rod.

All is captured and graphed through their cloud system, available via either browser or App.

Can it be viewed as it's happening?
It is viewable during cooks, and you even have the option to share out the charts during a cook.

Love the FireBoard. This is with one pit probe and one food probe.....graphs real time. Has been completely reliable WiFi wise....no issues at all. Haven’t tried the fan controller yet.

OK.  Hope this doesn't sound too sassy or negative.
I have a SMOKE from Thermoworks.

Very Accurate. Can't think of anything more that I would want it to do.
The remote unit that I keep upstairs works fine.

It can handle two probes. one for the meat and one for the pit. I could, of course, unplug the pit probe and use two probes in the meat. (?) But jeeeze, how many probes do I need to stick into that pork loin?

I've never had any use for graphs and charts when cooking or for analyzing after a cookin/smokin session.
The charts never seem to taste just right.

Yeah, they're probably not a deal breaker for you.  Unless you want to look back and see how the temperatures ramped up or see how a setting change (like a Fast Eddy LHt/HHt) affected temperature increases and use that information to adjust the next similar cook.

I have a thirst for information.  I can just devour it.

I do a lot of cooks like this....this was New Years and had two cookers going.....I had already removed the pork butts before this picture. I like the graphing so I can look back if I run into anomalies. The FireBoard w/six ports allows me to look at everything on two pits in one place. I live on a lake and do a lot of entertaining and can take guests out to sandbar etc while having an eye on everything. I also love data!
