There may be plenty of 350° smoke from pits that allow the user to adjust the pellet delivery intervals (Cookshack Fast Eddy units and, possibly, Traeger via "P" settings).

Users can set their Fast Eddy units to deliver enough pellets at 350° and above to create smoke before they ignite and raise the pit's temperature.  Doing so causes greater temperature fluctuations, however.  Adjusting the variables for super tight temperature control reduces the amount of visible smoke but still delivers a smoke flavor that many users find adequate.  The Traeger may be much the same, I've never used one.
