Thanks for the nice comments. Sandwich was delicious. But it needed to be chopped. It Didnt want to be pulled and it needed to get eaten.

Not surprised, had similar issues historically which is why I never buy them anymore no matter how cheap they are.  Everyone has their own tastes and preference and sometimes you just need to try it for yourself and make your own determination of your preference.

I wish I had enough time to have pulled it.  But I did like the chopped pork.
