I have 3 'containers. One 12 qt Lipavi with lid, a coleman 24 can stacker, and most recently a 6 qt Rubbermaid sans lid. This one will be used for making cheese within the other two. I also have the ss rack and clips to keep things from floating.
If you love eggs that aren't hard boiled or fried, you need a device like this. I can do 2 dozen eggs to perfection (congealed white/creamy yolk/peel apart easily) in about 30 minutes. They last weeks in the fridge with no ill affects.
